01Who we are
This website is operated by Ocean Voyage Logistics Services (“we”, “us”, “our”), a stevedoring, container and cargo handling company. Our registered office is at Flat No. 502, Sairaj Paradise CHS, Old Panvel, Dist - Raigad, Maharashtra - 410206.
You can reach us at oceanvoyagelogistics@gmail.com or +91 7738880997. This policy explains what personal information we handle when you use this website or contact us, and what choices you have.
02Information we collect
We only collect information that you choose to give us, and a small amount of technical information.
- Information you give us: when you call, email us or use the enquiry form, we receive details such as your name, phone number, email address, and information about your cargo and the work you need done.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard server logs, for example your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
03How the enquiry form works
This website does not store your enquiry on a server of ours. When you press “Send enquiry”, the form prepares an email to us and opens it in your own email app. Nothing is sent to us until you send that email yourself, and you can edit or cancel it first.
Because it is an ordinary email, please avoid including sensitive information such as bank details or identity numbers.
04How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To plan and carry out the handling, lashing, labour or terminal work you ask us for.
- To keep records we need for accounting, insurance, safety and legal reasons.
- To keep this website secure and working properly.
05Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to do the job or where the law requires it, for example with:
- terminals, CFS and ICD operators, shipping lines, transporters and other parties directly involved in your cargo movement;
- service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host and email provider, under appropriate confidentiality;
- government, port, customs or law-enforcement authorities when we are legally required to.
06Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. It may store small technical items in your browser only where needed for the site to work, and these are not used to identify you.
07How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or contract, and afterwards for as long as accounting, tax, insurance or other legal requirements say we should. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
08Keeping information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, especially for information you send by email.
09Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw any consent you have given us. To do this, write to oceanvoyagelogistics@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.
If you have a concern about how we handle your information, please contact us at the same address and we will look into it.
10Children
This website and our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed (currently 26 September 2026). Please check back occasionally.
